Sai Aashirwad (Phase-Two) was extension to Phase one.It focused on constructing of two more rooms for rental purpose and also to solve the roof leakage problem which was caused in Phase one construction.

Phase two construction started in mid of March'23 and went on to finishing in June'23.Although it was done in-timely manner but still it wasn't easy for entire team.

All the major overhauls like,front elevation,roof tiling,basement hall flooring was completed in this package of construction.

Phase two project marked the completion of this site,as we have achieved the maximum height according to K.D.A(the development authority)maximum three floors can be constructed on each site.Also maximum possible development has been made.
