Bhakt Niwas Phase-two

Welcome to Bhakt Niwas (Phase-two) a premier project by Aakash Developers Pvt. Ltd. Our Fourth project on existing area of Phase One project.

Phase two project was started just after phase one slab casting was done.

In this phase, major trouble was caused by the neighbouring wall which occupied nearly 3 inches area of the on-going construction premises.This was sort after many concerns and consulting the owner of the building stating that the mistake was done by their contractor and we can't make our wall go tilt because of their mistake.

After this the construction work speeded up in 3-4 days. And finally by the end of August the shuttering work began.

Slab was casted by the first week of September 23.

Phase two was an extension to phase one and many of the prehistoric segments were demolished in order to create a modern area with superior look.

Outer wall Masonry work view 2023

Slab casting phase-two September'23.

After the slab was casted,the demolition work started in the Phase One section. The idea was to create a modern room for the rental purpose for the residents.

Tunneling,excavation work- September 2023

This is Room 2,which consisted of a King sized bedroom,a 5X4 sized kitchen and 3X3 sized store room.

This part took longer than ever,as maximum demolition took place here only.

To be noted,the walls were constructed using bricks and soil instead of mortar!So it was necessary to be plastered using advanced materials having ratio 4:1.

Phase two construction ended up by November 2023 following the aesthetic and paint work

Flooring work- September 2023

Hall Gate fixing work- October 2023

Kitchen finishing work- November 2023

After the Room,which involved the major part of the construction work,Construction of the entry gate to the Hall 2 was started.It had a main window of 2'5''x4' and Gate of 3'15''x6'.

A small portion above bathroom was also created for extra storage.

Following this, the plastering and internal pipeline work was passed from the outer portion of the wall.
