Welcome to Bhakt Niwas (Phase-One) a premier project by Aakash Developers Pvt. Ltd. Our third estate project.

Bhakt Niwas or 'The house for devotees' is located in Vijay Nagar area of Kanpur Metropolitan. Vijay Nagar is a serving market of electronics,Fruits &vegetables to thousands of visitors moving from NH-19 towards GT road.It now also has metro connectivity as a new means of transport besides CNG autos and e-rickshaw. was an idea to demolish the existing structure and to built a new one with modern amenities,without disturbing an existing 30-years old building that stayed just above it.

This property is KDA colonised area and it is near about 50 to 60 years old.This was built for serving families who worked in Defence factories,located nearby.

Coming to the property,it is a corner property,with an extra spacing for parking gallery.This was purchased under K.D.A land acquisition and transfer act.

After acquiring the property, construction began about an year after.This was to be needed in order to safeguard the existing structure from besides one.

A slab was needed in order to create a walk through for the residents living upstairs.

This whole area is basically a corridor serving the rented families below and the above ones.

A slab was therefore constructed by adjoining the existing one. This was merely a small start to construct the whole of BHAKT NIWAS building.
